Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of i8id

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and i8id. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. Users must be at least 21 years of age and residents of Indonesia to use i8id.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use i8id services. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. i8id reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently banned, with all funds forfeited.
i8id services are intended for users who are residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia when accessing the platform and placing wagers. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. i8id employs geo-location technology to verify user locations and reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate geographic restrictions.
To use i8id services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.
i8id is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security. You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested, including but not limited to your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and photographic verification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify i8id immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. i8id is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials by third parties.
i8id supports deposits and withdrawals through Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. i8id reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified through our KYC process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB), though processing times may vary based on payment provider schedules and verification requirements.
i8id reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or transactions flagged by our fraud detection systems. Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements (detailed in Section 4) before they can be withdrawn. i8id may refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. i8id prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other users, employing betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behavior deemed fraudulent. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.
All wagers placed on i8id are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. i8id reserves the right to void bets if we detect errors in odds, event information, or technical malfunctions. Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant sports governing bodies or game providers.
For football betting including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and other competitions, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and post-match disciplinary actions do not affect bet settlement unless explicitly included in the market rules. Casino games and live dealer tables are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Self-exclusion prevents access to your account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support, i8id management reserves the right to make the final decision.
